Our client is an international, fast-growing organization operating in a highly dynamic and data-driven B2B environment. As part of a leading European group, the Belgian organization combines entrepreneurial agility with the structure and support of an international matrix organization. To support its continued growth and further strengthen its customer-facing operations, our client is looking for a Head of Inside Sales & Customer Development.

As Head of Inside Sales & Customer Development, you will play a pivotal leadership role within the Belgian organization. You will be responsible for leading a team of 30-35 Inside Sales & Customer Advisors across multiple locations, ensuring operational excellence, commercial performance and an outstanding customer experience.

Working closely with both the Belgian leadership team and international stakeholders, you will translate strategic objectives into clear deliverables driving accountability and ownership.

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, providing a strong foundation for a commercial leadership role. Proven track record managing larger inside sales, contact centre or customer service teams within a B2B environment preferably within an international and/or matrix driven organisation. Extensive people management experience and know how to coach teams towards performance and accountability.
