Genetec Engineer

As a Genetec Engineer, you play a key role in the implementation, configuration, and support of Genetec Security Center solutions. You are involved in all phases of the project — from design to maintenance. Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Genetec Security Center systems (access control, video surveillance, ANPR, intercom, etc.)

• Analyze customers’ technical requirements and contribute to system architecture design

• Commission systems on-site while ensuring quality and compliance

• Integrate Genetec solutions with other systems (IP cameras, controllers, alarm systems, servers, etc.)

• Perform functional tests and validate configurations before go-live

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support, diagnosing and resolving complex incidents

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of installed systems

• Prepare technical documentation (diagrams, plans, reports, procedures)
