Freelance - SHEQ Manager

Our client is a well-established industrial manufacturing company operating in a SEVESO industrial environment.

Conduct and coordinate risk analyses across operations and technical activities Prepare and coordinate Safety Reports, with a key regulatory deadline by the end of the year Lead and manage HAZOP-related risk analysis processes and ensure proper follow-up of actions Implement and monitor the SWAVR plan and related improvement initiatives Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare the organization for government inspections while coordinating safety activities across technical teams, maintenance and external contractors

Proven experience in HSE / QHSE management within a SEVESO environment is a must Strong expertise in risk analysis methodologies, including HAZOP Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and safety reporting requirements Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders including operations, maintenance and external contractors Hands-on and pragmatic approach with strong communication and organizational skills

Freelance mission - duration of 8 months minimum - full-time engagement
