Industrial manufacturing site with international activities, combining production, R&D and technical services, operating under strict safety and quality standards.
Manage capital and technical improvement projects from concept to commissioning (budget, specifications, tender follow-up, execution).
Lead high-priority investments such as equipment upgrades, utilities, packaging lines and furnaces.
Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements throughout project execution.
Analyze and optimize production processes (smelting and milling), addressing incidents impacting quality, productivity or EHS.
Coordinate closely with Production, Maintenance, EHS, Quality and external contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Profiel
Engineer in Electro-Mechanics or Chemistry with 7-10 years of relevant industrial experience.
Proven track record in managing capital projects (equipment installation, upgrades, utilities).
Strong understanding of industrial processes, safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Experience with project management tools (planning, budgeting, risk management).
Hands-on, analytical and autonomous profile with strong collaboration and communication skills.
