Freelance Project Manager

Our client is an engineering and infrastructure player operating in large-scale, safety-critical environments, working closely with public authorities and technical partners.

Lead end-to-end project delivery (cost, quality, timelines, risks) from design phase to commissioning and final acceptance. Manage complex projects involving tunnels, dynamic signaling, SCADA systems, automation, traffic lights, barriers, and traffic management systems. Act as the main point of contact for clients (public authorities, operators) and external partners (integrators, subcontractors). Oversee contract and financial management, including budgeting, invoicing, change requests, and compliance with public procurement frameworks. Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams (engineering, automation, IT, commissioning) and validate system architectures and solutions.
