Freelance Operations Coordinator - Transport

Our client is a leading international company operating in the transport and supply chain sector, known for its operational excellence and strong people-focused culture.

Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the site to ensure efficiency, service quality, and profitability.
Support the development of commercial activities while maintaining strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Lead and coach operational teams, fostering employee engagement, talent development, and a positive working environment.
Ensure compliance with transport regulations, health & safety standards, labour legislation, and internal policies.
Monitor operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Proven experience coordinating operations within the transport, logistics, or industrial sector.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities.
Commercial awareness and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Solid understanding of operational processes, performance management, and regulatory requirements.
Fluent in French, Dutch, and English
