As an HR Functional Analyst – HRIS & Analytics, you will play a key role in the further digitization and optimization of the HR organization. You will enhance both the employee experience and the efficiency of the HR services by leveraging modern technology, streamlined processes, and data-driven insights. You will work closely with HR, ICT, Data & Analytics, and line managers, and you will become a central player in the transformation to a future-proof HR organization.
