Freelance Building Maintenance & Facility Manager

Notre client est une organisation de premier plan gérant un important complexe accueillant de nombreux événements et activités tout au long de l'année.

Coordinate and supervise daily building maintenance operations, including preventive, corrective, and periodic maintenance activities. Manage and support a team of technicians and skilled workers while overseeing planning, workload allocation, and leave management. Follow up on maintenance projects, interventions, and external contractors, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution. Manage supplier relationships, service contracts, budgets, invoices, and monitor compliance with agreed KPIs and service levels. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintain technical documentation, report maintenance activities, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction, Building Engineering, or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in building maintenance, facility management, or construction site supervision. Strong technical knowledge of building structures, construction methods, and maintenance practices. Proven leadership skills with experience managing technical teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders. Fluent in French and Dutch, with strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
