Field Service Manager - Industrial Equipment

Our client is an international industrial group specializing in environmental technologies and air filtration solutions. They are looking for a Service Manager to coordinate, structure, and develop service activities across Belgium, ensuring operational excellence and high customer satisfaction.

• Plan and coordinate field service activities
• Optimize maintenance schedules and resource allocation
• Prepare technical interventions and inspections
• Support technicians with expertise and on-site visits
• Build strong relationships with existing customers
• Develop service contracts and identify upselling opportunities
• Lead and motivate a small technician team
• Ensure compliance with internal and group processes

• Degree in electro-mechanics, electricity, or equivalent
• 10+ years in technical service
• Strong electrical and industrial knowledge
• Experience in coordination or team leadership (small team)
• Fluent Dutch & French, good English
• Hands-on, structured, customer-driven mindset
• Comfortable with digital tools and service data
