- Oversee daily facility operations across multiple properties
- Manage technical maintenance, safety standards, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate external suppliers, contractors, and service providers
- Supervise mobility solutions including fleet, parking, and employee transport policies
- Control budgets, monitor costs, and ensure operational efficiency
- Implement workplace and infrastructure improvements
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams and building occupants
- Lead projects related to refurbishment, optimization, or relocation
- Ensure alignment with environmental and sustainability targets
Profiel
- Proven experience in facility management / property management / real estate operations
- Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with strong financial awareness (budget control, cost optimisation)
- High level of organisation and problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Bilingual French & Dutch
