Facility Coordinator - Grimbergen - FMCG

You'll join a dynamic organization within the FMCG sector, where operational excellence and teamwork are key.
The site is extensive, meaning you'll progressively grow into the role.

• Coordinate facility operations across multiple buildings
• Walk the site regularly to ensure quality and safety standards
• Support administrative tracking and reporting
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders
• Coordinating and following up on on-site facility operations (including cleaning, landscaping, waste management, pest control, etc.)
• Acting as the first point of contact for users, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Managing and controlling inspections, inventories, storage, and locker access
• Collaborating within the team to achieve high user satisfaction

• Experience in facility management or coordination
• Fluent in English, good level of Dutch, French is a plus
• Independent and proactive, yet a team player
• Social, service-oriented, and detail-focused
• Comfortable working on a large site with multiple stakeholders

• A full-time on-site position (39 hours/week) with additional ADV days
