Environmental Manager – BU Belgium-Luxembourg The Environmental Manager is responsible for overseeing and continuously improving the environmental management system across both project and business unit levels within the Belgium-Luxembourg Business Unit. This role combines strategic leadership with operational support to ensure full compliance and alignment with BESIX Group’s environmental ambitions. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the environmental management system at both project and business unit level.

• Lead and coach a team of two Regional Environmental Coordinators.

• Ensure all activities (projects, offices, and fixed facilities) comply with client requirements, legal obligations, and internal environmental standards.

• Guarantee the correct implementation of ISO 14001 and the CO₂ Performance Ladder management systems to maintain certifications.

• Roll out the BESIX Group environmental strategy within the Belgium-Luxembourg Business Unit.
