I am looking for an energetic, friendly and kind trilingual secretary to join my new private gynaecological practice.
The successful candidate must be fluent in Dutch, English and French. This is a part-time, on-site position starting on 7 December 2026.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering telephone calls and assisting patients
- Managing the reception desk
- Scheduling and following up on appointments
- Tracking and ordering practice supplies
- Cleaning and preparing medical instruments according to protocol
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
- A warm, professional and patient-centred attitude is essential.

What We Offer
A part-time position of 20 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, 08:00–12:00
A temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent position
