Display Engineer Avionics

Do you want to contribute to cutting-edge avionics display solutions and apply your optics expertise to real-world products? In this role as Display Engineer Avionics, you will take end-to-end ownership of optical subsystems within innovative display projects from concept to production.

Your responsibilities

• You design, develop, and industrialize optical solutions for display applications, ensuring quality, performance, and cost targets are met.

• You define specifications and concepts for optical subsystems (LCD, backlight, LED, etc.).

• You design, simulate, and implement optical solutions.

• You test, debug, and validate system performance (colorimetry, photometry).

• You work in a hands-on lab/darkroom environment.

• You contribute to developments in LCD and backlight technologies.

• You conduct optics studies, research, and characterization.

• You translate emerging technologies into practical product solutions.

• You support and improve existing products.
