DevOps Engineer

Faktion is looking for a DevOps Engineer to help deploy, scale and maintain our projects, apps and platforms. As an Azure DevOps/Cloud Engineer, you build scalable and future-proof platforms by combining infrastructure, security and automation.

Some key responsibilities:

• Set up and automate CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for builds, tests and deployments

• Manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on Azure (and in the future AWS) with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Bicep)

• Containerise and roll out ML services and Node services via Docker and Kubernetes

• Monitor and resolve performance and connectivity issues

• Think about infrastructure architecture, networks, continuity and disaster recovery

• Design and enforce cloud security controls: network segmentation, private endpoints, WAF, RBAC/least privilege, and secret management with automated rotation
