Our client is a rapidly expanding international group active with operations across multiple countries. Backed by strong private equity investors, the organization has experienced significant growth in recent years and is building a scalable, data-driven platform to support its continued international expansion.
- Own and manage finance-related data systems and data flows across multiple platforms
- Ensure data integrity, reliability, and consistency across ERP and connected systems
- Support system integrations, including during acquisitions and business expansions
- Contribute to ERP enhancements and optimisation initiatives
- Work closely with Finance and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain data models supporting reporting and analytics
- Support automation initiatives and data governance improvements
- Provide support and training to internal users when needed
Profiel
- Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role (data, systems, ERP, or finance systems environment)
- Strong technical skills (e.g. SQL, data modelling, system integration)
- Solid understanding of finance processes and ERP systems
- Experience working in cross-functional environments (Finance / IT / Data)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Structured, autonomous and solution-oriented profile
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent in English and french or Dutch
