As our Data Analytics Engineer for Retention & Pet Health, you'll own the data that helps us understand why customers stay, why they leave, and what we can do to make every pet's life a little healthier and longer. Churn models, CLTV, cohort analyses, reactivation campaigns, you'll be the person who makes sure these aren't just buzzwords, but decisions grounded in solid data.
