As a Customer Service, your key responsibilities are:

Processing and managing customer purchase orders in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with customer logistics and shipping requirements. Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving day-to-day issues. Provide customers with accurate information regarding orders, products, and services while adhering to company processes and procedures. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage escalations and ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns. We are looking for:

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or a related sales administrative role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with a good command of Portuguese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
