Customer Service Representative

• Customer contact by phone and email;
• Maintain and update customer files (including specific customs documents);
• Perform daily checks, checklists, and follow up on overdue files;
• Work with proprietary software; fast and comfortable using PC;
• Collaborate with internal colleagues and external partners.

Profile:

• Excellent Italian, French and English required; -
• You must have a bachelor or masters degree.
• You live in Belgium and are eligible to work here.
• You can reach the company easily (Zaventem)
• Accurate and detail-oriented, affinity with administrative processes
• Team player, able to work independently; flexibility is a must
• You must meet all requirements to be considered for this position.
