Customer Service Officer

Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of customer service operations and will work closely with two Sales Representatives. You will act as a key point of contact between customers and the different internal departments, with a particular focus on commercial and marketing-related topics.

Your Profile

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a business-oriented specialization (Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Economics, etc.);
• You have a first professional experience within a company environment (internship, student job or permanent experience);
• You are fluent in Dutch and you have a strong command of French (minimum B1 level, ideally bilingual);
• Good knowledge of English;
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills;
