For our central location in Machelen, we are looking for an experienced professional to combine the Customer Service - and Supply Chain Manager role.

Profiel

Experienced operator fluent and at easy with IT and capable of working swiftly with modern ERP systems.
Sales or supply chain desk professional looking for more challenge and freedom in a hands-on organisation.
As a minimum a professional bachelor. A higher education would be a plus, but experience and a track record of development on the job counts as equivalent.
Fluency in Dutch, French and English on the phone and in writing is essential.
Team player, open communicator, problem solver and completer finisher.

Major tasks
-Collect and maintain the customer and supplier information and ensure up- to- date pricing and product data.
-Confirm orders and plan deliveries in line with customer forecasts and purchase orders.
-Plan and launch purchase orders in line with expected deliveries and critical stock levels.
-Select logistic partners and logistic platforms to ensure quality deliveries in each territory.
-Lead, instruct and develop the warehouse operator who picks orders and prepares for shipment.
-Use business intelligence and statistical data to improve supply chain and optimise working capital.
-Get comfortable in this key operational role and grow into the central contact point of our sales- and accounting team.
