Country Manager - eMobility - BeLux

Our client is a European tech group operating across mobility and renewable energy, with several complementary businesses spanning digital media, training, e-commerce, and software.The role focuses on their EV charging platform, a scale-up offering a leading consumer app, a roaming charging solution used across Europe, and a growing B2B SaaS platform for corporate fleets.As part of their international expansion, they are now appointing a Country Manager to build and lead the BeLux market.

As Country Manager, your main responsibilities will be to :

Shape & own the BeLux market strategy

Define the market vision and priorities for Belgium & Luxembourg, adapting the global framework to local realities. Build a deep understanding of drivers, barriers, competitors, and user/company behaviors to inform strategic decisions. Identify high-impact growth levers across B2C and B2B.

The successful candidate will have the following qualities:

Relevant experience in market development / new market launch / acceleration (ideally in SaaS, digital products, mobility, energy) Proven ability to adapt a global strategy to local dynamics and deliver measurable growth.
