Position: Clerk (Operations) Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle a high volume of client interactions, including in-person, over the phone, and through digital channels, in a timely and efficient manner. Assist clients with a variety of banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries. Maintenance of Current Account files by obtaining the relevant documents from clients. CRM amendments in Finacle– address, mobile, telephone and other details of current account holders. Inputting SWIFT messages, printing etc. Input of outward remittance and intra-branch transaction in FPH/Finacle. Account Opening/…

• Knowledge required:
• MS Excel, MS Word etc

Should be fluent in English and have basic knowledge of Dutch.

Experience in KYC/AML area will be a plus.
