We've built a proprietary AI-powered Virtual Energy Manager that's already trusted by enterprise names like Belfius, VDAB, and Ahold Delhaize. We've raised €4M and we're Series A-ready. The next 12 months are about 5x growth: new markets, bigger customers, a bigger team. We're not looking for a Chief of Staff who writes strategy decks. We're looking for someone who makes sure the CEO's and the company's time is spent on the right things, that decisions actually get implemented, and that nothing falls through the cracks during one of the most critical growth phases we'll ever have.
