Business Development Manager – AI & Cybersecurity (Belgium & EU Institutions)

We are looking for a true business hunter to accelerate Wavestone's growth in Belgium and within European institutions. Your mission is simple: open doors, build executive relationships and turn them into long-term client partnerships around two of today's most strategic topics: Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence. You will not inherit a large portfolio of existing accounts. Instead, you will help create the next generation of Wavestone clients in Belgium. This role is designed for someone who enjoys building from scratch, creating opportunities where others see obstacles and thriving in an entrepreneurial environment. High energy, resilience, curiosity and the ability to establish trust with senior decision-makers matter more to us than a perfect consulting background.
