Blending Coordinator

As a Blending Coordinator, you will coordinate the activities across our sites in Antwerp, Rotterdam and Amsterdam. You will join a team of enthusiastic and committed colleagues and act as the key link between the customer and the various departments within the petroleum division. You will be the primary point of contact for several key customers in the sector, ensuring proactive follow-up of ongoing activities and responding to all customer inquiries. When onboarding new customers or launching new assignments, you take the lead to ensure everything runs smoothly. Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining frequent telephone contact with customers and continuously building strong professional relationships.

• Managing the daily processing and planning of incoming customer orders. You translate these into work instructions for our surveyors and laboratory staff and help ensure their correct execution.
