Bilingual Sales & Project coordinator - Advertising industry

Within the creative team, a new opportunity has just opened: a role combining the management of partnerships with (inter)national clients, overseeing campaign projects from start to finish, and ensuring smooth administrative processes.

You are the main point of contact for national clients and their campaign projects
You work internally with the different departments to manage projects from A to Z: from briefings with clients to making offers and insuring a complete follow up, you make it happen
You proactively keep contact with your clients to build a real partnership
You think of out of the box solutions in this creative cell

• You speak fluently French and Dutch
• You have experience in managing/coordinating projects from A to Z, working with clients - internships can be considered if relevant
• Administration does not scare you
• You are driven, a people person, organised and rigorous, and like to think outside of the bo
