We're looking for a Barman to own our bar: someone who mixes with precision, keeps the bar running like clockwork during service, and makes every guest feel like they've pulled up a stool at Nonna's counter.

What you'll do

• Prepare and serve drinks — cocktails, wine, coffee, aperitivo classics — accurately and efficiently
• Welcome guests at the bar and set the tone for their evening
• Keep the bar stocked, clean, and ready before service hits
• Manage the pace of orders during busy periods without losing quality or friendliness
• Coordinate with the floor team so drinks and food orders stay in sync
• Handle guest requests and resolve minor issues with a calm, professional touch
