Your key responsibilities:

• Team coaching — Supporting and motivating colleagues on the work floor.
• Daily coordination — Organizing tasks and ensuring everyone knows what needs to be done.
• Quality and safety oversight — Keeping an eye on standards, procedures, and overall efficiency.
• Onboarding support — Helping new team members integrate smoothly into their roles.
• Process improvement — Identifying opportunities for better workflows and practical solutions.
• Operational involvement — Stepping in when needed and maintaining a strong presence on the floor.
• Performance follow-up

• Background as a teamleader in a logistics setting and comfortable navigating warehouse operations.
• Stays composed during peak moments and maintains oversight when the workload increases.
• Open to working in a 2-shift system.
• Positive and solution-driven attitude that helps move the team forward.
