All-Round Production Kitchen Team Member

YOUR ROLE

You will work at our Umamido & RORU Atelier — a dedicated production facility combining a professional kitchen and warehouse. We are looking for a temporary team member for a 6-month period, from September to January, to strengthen our production team during our peak season. You will be part of the production and logistics operations behind our restaurants, working in a hands-on environment where kitchen work and warehouse activities come together.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving deliveries and checking quantities and product quality.

• Storing products correctly and ensuring the warehouse remains organised.

• Keeping your workspace clean and following HACCP food safety standards.

• Taking an active role in food production and preparation, including:

? Meat and seafood

? Vegetables

? Sauces, marinades, and toppings

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

· You enjoy working in a production kitchen and warehouse environment and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves.

· You are detail-oriented and have a strong focus on quality and food safety.

· You enjoy a hands-on role that combines food production and warehouse activities.

· You communicate fluently in English, Dutch, or French.

· You are available for the 6-month period from September to January.

· You enjoy being part of a collaborative and positive team environment.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU

START DATE: September 2026

A 6-month full-time temporary position (38 hours/week), from September to January, to strengthen our team during our peak season.

Possibility of a permanent position after the temporary contract, depending on business needs and mutual fit.

Day shifts only – no evenings and no split shifts.

A workplace at our Umamido & RORU Atelier in Steenokkerzeel, combining a professional production kitchen and warehouse.
