AI & Automation Lead - Private Equity (MBB Background)

We are looking for a high-potential profile from a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB: McKinsey, BCG, Bain) with 3-7 years of experience, to join a private equity platform undergoing a strong digital transformation.

This strategic role is focused on designing and driving AI and automation initiatives across both the investment structure and its portfolio companies.

Define AI & Automation StrategyDevelop the overall AI vision and roadmap for the fund and its portfolio companies
Identify high-impact use cases (productivity gains, revenue growth, cost optimization)

Drive ExecutionLead the implementation of AI and automation solutions across portfolio companies
Ensure effective rollout from strategy design to execution (PoCs, scaling)

Engage with Senior LeadershipWork closely with investment teams and portfolio company leadership (C-level)
Challenge and support management teams in adopting new technologies

• Value CreationIdentify and unlock value creation opportunities through AI and automation
• Track performance and impact of implemented initiatives

• Experience: 3-7 years in a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB strongly preferred)
• Expertise: Strong exposure to AI, data, or automation-related projects
• Skills:Strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Hands-on, execution-driven mindset
• Ability to interact with senior stakeholders

Languages: Fluent in English + French or Dutch required
