?? Your responsibilities

As an Operations Administrator – Payments & Treasury, you will join the Operations department of a leading financial institution, supporting the accurate and efficient processing of banking transactions.

You will be part of a team of approximately 60 colleagues and contribute to the smooth running of daily operations, with a particular focus on cash management, payments and treasury activities.

Your main responsibilities will include:

?? Payment Processing: Process payment and treasury transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring reliable data and high-quality service.

?? Operational Support: Handle various banking operations, including account closures, interest adjustments and transaction reconciliations.

?? Transaction Monitoring: Investigate transactions, perform operational controls and ensure compliance with internal procedures.

?? Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes, systems and digital solutions to improve operational efficiency.

?? Compliance & Procedures: Stay informed about regulatory requirements, market standards and operational changes to help minimise risks.

?? Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, participate in knowledge sharing and contribute to training initiatives within the department.

?? Profile we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is analytical, proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn, with a strong interest in the banking and financial sector.

The ideal candidate will have:

?? A Master's degree or equivalent professional experience, preferably in the financial sector.

??? A very good command of French, Dutch and English, with French or Dutch as their main language.

?? An interest in banking operations, payments and treasury activities. Previous experience in banking operations or transaction processing is considered an asset.

?? Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong digital skills and an interest in IT solutions.

?? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to understand and summarise complex information.

? A precise, structured and reliable approach to handling financial transactions.

?? Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset and a strong client-oriented attitude.
