Key responsibilities

As Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching, and supporting the accounting team on a daily basis
• Ensuring accurate and timely month-end closings
• Driving collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the department
• Managing and motivating the team through a period of significant change and transformation
• Maintaining high-quality accounting processes and operational efficiency

The required qualifications for the Accounting Manager are:

• Proven experience as an Accounting Manager with strong accounting expertise
• Excellent people management and leadership skills
• Hands-on approach with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally
• Experience in change management and navigating complex organizational environments
• Fluent in both Dutch and French
