Accounting and Reporting Manager in Brussels

This newly created position combines technical accounting expertise, business partnering and people management, offering the opportunity to build and develop a function with significant visibility across the organization.

You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders while ensuring accurate reporting, financial transparency and high-quality service delivery.

In this role, you will oversee accounting and reporting activities for centrally managed costs and third-party managed assets while acting as a trusted finance partner to key stakeholders.

Partner with central functions such as IT, Legal and other support teams on financial performance and cost management. Own the accounting, reporting and control of centrally managed expenditures. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent experience. Solid accounting background with at least 7 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills - French and Dutch Previous experience managing and developing team members, with a genuine interest in people leadership.
