Administrative Coordinator - Renewable Energy - Diegem

You'll be part of a renewable energy consultancy with global reach, focused on creating sustainable solutions for tomorrow. Maintain and update internal systems and databases (e.g. project tracking, HR and finance tools)
Coordinate schedules and resources for internal programmes and training sessions
Assist with reporting, data checks and preparing presentations for management
Support HR processes such as onboarding administration and training follow-up
Handle administrative follow-up for suppliers and internal approvals
Ensure accurate documentation, filing and archiving (digital and hard copy)
Take on ad hoc administrative tasks that keep the office and operations running smoothly

• 2+ years of experience in administration, coordination or office support
• Organised, detail-oriented and flexible in handling different priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• A strong communicator in English, Dutch (and French)
• Proactive, service-minded and a natural team player
• Diploma in administration, business or similar is a plus but not required
