In-House Legal Counsel - Flemish Brabant - Self-employed

• Manage the legal side of transactions from start to finish
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and related documentation
• Analyse tax and social law implications within transactional files
• Identify risks, inconsistencies and optimisation opportunities
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the process
• Maintain rigorous structure, documentation and follow-up
• Provide tailored, high-quality advice (no "one-size-fits-all")

• Master of Laws with 2-8 years' experience, ideally in M&A or tax
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to challenge positions when needed
• Excellent attention to detail and a sharp ability to detect inconsistencies
• Robust tax reflexes and a naturally transactional mindset
• Professional, assertive and confident - able to stand your ground
• Pragmatic, clear, no-nonsense communicator
• Comfortable with variable workload and able to self-manage peaks
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English
